Trust Your Grind is elite basketball training that focuses on all facets on the game. We work on footwork, ball handling, shooting, and game concepts. We strive to use basketball as a tool to encourage hard work, dedication and discipline as these are keys to being successful. Trust Your Grind aims to put athletes in uncomfortable situations to challenge them to elevate their mental capacity to perform under any circumstance. We’ve worked with hundreds of athletes including two female McDonald’s All Americans, multiple NBA Draft picks/players, countless collegiate athletes and overseas professional.
